one side lower than the other side
My driver side tire is tucked in more than the passenger side.
I have no drop springs . could it be that my upper control arm is damaged?

The boot doesn't have to be torn for the ball joint to be going bad though.
Get the wheel off the ground and test it for play.
Once its off the ground put a hand at 2 o'clock and at 10 o'clock and apply pressure from both sides. If there is play it means the ball joint is going out.
The LCA is the load bearing arm on these cars and is also where camber and toe are adjusted and what the shock mounts to. So any issue with the control arm ball joint will typically manifest in the arm lowering to compensate as weight is applied, which will induce negative camber while also dropping the ride height in that corner.
If there is no play in the wheel and the bushing then certainly check the shocks and struts, but I'm not very familiar with the stock springs and struts so I couldn't tell you whats happening with them or if they'd cause ride height to lower. It definitely isn't the UCA though, so all you're left with is LCA, shocks, and struts that could cause it.
