Default Need help! 1jz swap not running correctly

Trust me when I say I've used the search button, for weeks now, I and two of my friends have been staring at our phones and computer screens to figure this out hoping someone else has run into this same issue.

Here's a quick run down of the car and what's happening while trying to start and run.
92 sc300 five speed car
1jz non vvti, single turbo with bc 264 cams, has fic 1100 injectors as well.
Driftmotion AEM v2
Tweaked performance harness
Mods are nothing crazy.

So after its all put together, we go to start it, sounds like it's only running off three cylinders. No throttle response and wants to die. Ok, start checking all the basics, timing is dead on, it's getting fuel and spark and is properly grounded. Still changed out plugs, igniters and coil packs for the heck of it. Still nothing changed.
I sent out the ecu to aem and it came back fully functional.
Sent out the harness, they did wire it for sequential instead of batch, we tried changing that in the ecu before I sent it out, didn't change either. So they rewired correctly and sent it back to me.
Now put everything back together again, now it sounds like it's running on all six but very bad idle and no throttle response.
Here's two videos too help out on what mine sounds like. I don't know how to post videos directly here so I apologize.

This was before everything got sent out

This was after I got my ecu and harness back, sorry for the terrible quality.

Found this video on YouTube last night and it sounds identical

I'm not using a damper because I have an aftermarket rail. Pretty stumped at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Stuck injector? Grounds? Do you still have the stock ECU? Maybe try that?

I'm doing a swap in a month or two and I will be eagerly watching to see what happens. Good luck, Devin!

Injectors are brand new, every cylinder is getting fuel and spark. Don't have the stock ecu unfortunately. I have plenty of grounds so we've ruled that out.

Car isn't tuned yet, has the base map that Aaron sends with the pnp kit and we've only tweaked a few things such as map sensor and injector size.

It is only a start up base map, you've upgraded your cams - don't think the base map is playing nice, get it tuned.

Quick update, turns out the timing in the aem was retarded, advanced it and locked it in and runs now. Can't believe we overlooked it but we were so focused on physical things wrong with it. I do appreciate the help guys. Now to get the exhaust made and to the dyno.

Wait... details on what the problem was?? I'm in a similar position and have even gone as far as LQ9's and still have a very odd rough idle that I can't track down. I too confirmed spark and know the fuel system is solid. It has to be the AEM at this point.

Was it a simple timing table fix or something else?
