A 5-inch tip would be too much like a rice car. But if you are in to that stuff go for it. It would probably be loud especially with duals

I have dual five inch tips on my SC. They look right cause the back of the car is so big. But i would not recommend doing this without a body kit because it will look ridiculous. There would be all muffler and no bumper. Heres a pic of my setup, the pic is old, but the exhaust setup hasnt changed.

holy ****, you got dunks on your car? man, dunk are the loudest muffler i ever heard
if you're turbo, then they're not that loud..
the N1 muffler is the 2nd loudest..
i dont even care about the sound of a muffler, its rice to me..
i rather go with some RS*R muffler, or some thermal OS haha
they look and sound stock, but when boost kicks in, my god they sound sweet.. plus they got the best performace rating..
its not always sound that makes it performe good. its the way its built :P

The dunks are not too bad in RX7's...
The N-1's are just annoying, they are practically a straight pipe!

Ryan

Sorry I didn't read the post carefully. I think 5" tips on the stock exhaust would look weird.

for the stock muffler, I would probably go with an oval shaped one, kind of like how the stock one is but a little larger.
