That is a sweet build! I don't see too many supercharged SC400's or V8 Lexus' in general on here.

Great to see someone putting some performance into the 1UZ. Like everyone else says the more info the better. Looks great and can't wait to see performance numbers. More, More, More!!!

I see you aren't using an aftercooler setup. I don't know how much hood clearance you have left, but it might be something worth looking into.

Get a cooler or meth injections to help out with the temps.

Eaton Supercharger sizes are as follows:
Eaton Superchargers

Model Number M24 / M45 / M62 / M90 / M112 / M122
Displacement per revolution, Liters .393 /.737 /1.016 /1.475 /1.835 /2.000
Displacement per revolution, Cubic Inches 24 / 45 /62 / 90 /112 /122
Sustained RPM 15,000 /14,000 /14,000 /12,000 /12,000 / 11,000

With pulley, cooling, exhaust, porting blower and, other supporting mods you can see 500+ whp on the M112/122. A lot of people default to the M112 because more around and cheaper. The prices on the M122 have come down and can be found easily on ebay. I've sold 2 i bought recently. Sorry didn't mean to thread jack just wanted to share my knowledge on the subject.
