As for the hardware kit, It's discontinued for the SC300/400 however, this hardware kit should work for the SC. It's for the late model IS models.

 

I can only think of one possible answer to that that makes sense...

Luxor's part # looks useful for someone in need of just the attachment points.

 

Update: So here's the part that I picked up from Lexus

Final thoughts:
This is a very shallow cargo net, the SC430 trunk is tiny in comparison to the SC400 I guess. Maybe the LS400 or 430 would have been a better option? I couldn't tell ya...
It works, so YAY?
