Well I did this all today. Slapped on my new black TT rims. 245 fronts and 275 in the rears.

I also opened up my headlights and painted them black. I removed two pieces inside the headlight too which I think will give out more light.

Here are some pictures:

Mod looks good.

By the way, was your car sprayed or did you buy it like that?

I know pearl white is a hard color to match but I think they could have done better IMO. Very noticeable.

LOL...the door looks different because it was open a little bit

I'll take more pictures during the day to see it better. It took me about 6 hours to do the headlights. It was a pain!! Stuff cracked all over the place...

lol, ok but not just the door but the lower panel and the rear fender don't match either compared to the front fender and lower panel.

Tony

Looks good.. Try to get a nice pic in the daylight. I have been planning on blacking it out but thought it would look weird without blacking out the fogs and highbeams as well.

Cool mods Tony, but I think they belong on the SC300 more than the 400. Black wheels and black headlights would look savage on the SC300TT.

*HIGH FIVE* nice work tony, looks good what parts did you take out of the headlights, and have you noticed any difference in terms of light output? btw, are you thinking of painting the high beams and/or the fogs black to match the low beams? i think with the high beams in matching black it would look even more badass

Hey Tony, awesome job! You're always making sweet mods & I always love seeing you share them with us. So what are you doing with the Zennetis?? I always really liked them

Thanks for the compliments!

kylesc400: I think if I didn't paint the housings black, the light output would be greater.

Those are the pieces I took out from each headlight. The bigger piece covers your blinkers and the bullet shaped one covers the wedge bulb.

I want to paint the highbeams also, but don't you have to remove the entire bumper to take them out? I might/might not do that. I like it like this.

I will however, paint the bottom corners flat black though.

Silverbolt: The Zennetis were sold =) Going to save up for something crazy. They were sold to another CL member, you'll see them on his ride if he ever takes any pictures of it.

Here's also a video of how it looks like at night with my 6000k HIDs...it'll be taken down in about a day or 2, the size is about 10mbs.

do you have plans to do the high beams also? The black headlights and clear high beams don`t go together imho

DId you have any intentions of putting a coat or two of clear over the black?

Nope, that's the look I was going for. It's going to have the Supra TT front & rear sway bars installed and the Supra NA drop soon!

More pictures of that later..
