About the Radiator!
Is it true that its not good to flush the radiator from the *** underneath due to air going in and that its best to have it flushed out from the entry. Can anyone please help me on what`s the best strategy in doing this? Something to know for the future, although I will do this soon when I change the timing belt. But I really want to know how to do this without taking it out.

Now after all that which you clearly and plainly demonstrated that which I commend you for it and appreciate it. What`s the steps in bleeding out any air it may have inside it? In the manual it says to open the heater water valve which I can`t specifically comprehend that, and that while running it at 2000 or 3000rpm. Can you help me out?
yeah, turn the climate control to "HOT" with the fan running, while revving the engine.
If your heater valve VSV isn't working, you can bypass it, sending the vacuum straight to the vacuum valve.
