Any SC's coming to Houston for TX2K?

 

I wish I could. But my new wheels won't be coming in until mid to late February. But I will be at DFW alliance

Houston is too far for my slow cars. When I'm pushing 1,000+ whp I'll go to TX2K.

 

I fly in on the 9th.....I'm very excited to see the new Roll Race Event as this will be my 6th year in a row and every year unless you have a High Horsepower car, (And I'm always in a four cylinder corolla;Rental car), etc)you're not able to see the big boy street races so with it being in a controlled environment this year, I can finally be able to see first hand the big races..

 

I would love to go if my car is done. My car is definitely not up to the caliber of tx2k.

 

If I can't get my Supra fixed enough to go then I'll be taking my SC400. I'd have a better sound system and gas mileage with the SC but it is mainly a Supra event ( or used to be at least ) so I'd rather drive it. Either car is win win to me haha.

 

My bike buddies are going but I'm nowhere near fast enough. Its crazy how much has changed over the years there. 1000hp is the new 500

 

It sure is. My friends keep shooting for bigger and bigger power and don't really seem to be getting anywhere.

1,000 hp is like nothing now.

 

I've been wanting to go. Kinda been trying to get this brake issue fixed before I go racing really fast cars. I might go next year. The time crunch right now is too close.

 

^ I'm sure Antonio would love to see his car again. Is it still as quiet as it used to be?

 

its on April 6th. that meet is pretty much for any car. especially us guys that cant afford performance mods yet lol.

 

Yea, the sound of it hasn't changed besides the open wastegate. The car has changed a lot since I've had it.

Sweet! I might have my SC and LS ready by then. I may drop by.

I'm too cheap to turbo the SC.
