Default Removing front lip..

I couldn't find any info by searching, so here goes:

How do I remove the front lip from my 93 SC400? I see 10mm screws on the underneath, but after removing those it won't come off.. Do I need to take the wheel well liner off to get at some other bolts?

Are you interested in selling the lip?

If I can get it off and the car looks okay, I will sell it. It will definately need to be painted..

Finally got the lip off today.. It was a pain in the rear.. The car looks so much better than it did with the old crappy grey lip on it.. Finally I am satisfied with the front of my car. Now I need to polish the headlights again.. BTW, the front lip was damaged so I just threw it away..
