Whats the deal with these ebay projector lights , they look nice led halo etc.. but are they any good?

Who has the best projector style head lights for our SC400 1998?

ehh...I wouldnt personally, and they tend to leak.

Best projector for any SC, is a retrofitted set of OEM's.

NO way ho say. Just find some good used ones and red them. Plenty of threads to do this method.

What if i sealed them? I just wondered if they put out better light than oem.

I have Em. No leaks so far in about a year. Fitment is decent.

They require a little bit of wiring surgery and I dunno if its the headlight or my car, but they eat bulbs and most the halo/led stiff has burnt out

From what I have seen, not really. I have a sharper cut-off line with my stock 92 headlights.

Oh and the lighting was incredible driving on unlit highways at night during my Thanksgiving road trip

The lighting from the stock projectors will surpass anything aftermarket unless you do a legit retro. For the cost of those aftermarket headlights, you're over halfway to the cost of a retro anyways (depending on what parts you choose), and it looks factory.
