Looks like modified eBay ones.
The ones that have the led strip.
Blinkers up top like E class Benz.
Housing surface looks different and projectors in the inners.

They look very similar just not as cheesy probably because it doesn't have the chrome background. I have a friend that has them this car made me want them with some modification to them

The top horizontal lines look similar to some of the DRLs on some cars, where just those lines are illuminated. Or is that what was referred too as the modified surface?

The pic isnt showing up , so I am assuming its the the typical projectors with all the LEDs that about every GS in vegas had.

Edit : I found them, I thought the horizontals would be illuminated, its just the standard ones repainted. Thats rather weak, if they did illuminate it would have been alot better.
