Default SC300 won't crank

So I took out my gte block to build her up and swapped my buddy's na into my car. His motor was working right before we pulled it out to put into mine. Had other problems but solved them.
Only issue I am having right now is it won't crank at all.
I did however jump starter relay and she cranked and started right up. Replaced relay with the boxes full if new ones but still won't crank by the key.
I doubt that all my relays are bad so I believe something to do with the ignition perhaps?

Any input guys and gals? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to CL, please post in the proper sub-forum. engine related questions go in performance and maintenance. Your thread is being moved there.

check wiring at the body plugs. Your not getting a signal to the starter relay.

Was your car factory auto? Is the donor engine factory auto? Is your car currently auto? Hard to help when you don't list your setup.
