Default Sudden electronic starting problem. 94 sc300

my car randomly stopped wanting to start from one moment to the other.

Does not turn over. With key in ignition it gets cluster, climate control, sunroof, windows, seats, and steering column working properly. I hear no obvious click besides the starter relay getting contact. My headlights do NOT turn on. My battery is fully charged since all the electrical moves without struggle.

I have tried different starter relays, checked all my fuses, and disconnected the battery to reboot.

Should this be the ecu? I'm guessing so but I want other opinions before I go ahead and do this. Thanks

Might be starter, if relay is clicking the next flow is the starter.

^^ Yep, sometimes the starter motor will get a "flat spot" and will simply refuse to crank when it lands at a particular point of rotation; whereas it turns over fine when started from any other point. Sometimes tapping on it with a wrench or rocking the car in gear will make it get over it, but in any case, if that is indeed what's happening with your starter, then it's time for a new starter motor.

headlights should turn on even without the key in the ignition. check your battery terminal clamps, remove and clean. put a voltmeter on the battery terminals directly with car off, headlights on. you should get over 12V. than check the voltage on the cables from the battery. if you have a bad connection, they will read low, like maybe 10v. Clean terminals and clamps, and you should be good to go.]

Yeah that's what I thought about the headlights. My terminals are new and tightened with a new interstate battery. All my windows, ac blower, and seats have power as if the car was on. ill try that voltage meter and see what's up. Somehow I think its something beyond typical starter, alternator, battery problem. Just for the fact of the headlights not working at all and no cranking over...

ground wire, ground wire, i had this problem today spent a couple hrs tryna figure wht was going on has pretty much the same symptoms u have except when i tried to start the car or turn on my headlights everything would go dead, pulled the ground wire out and found a short in it fixed car fired right up, check all your ground points in the car against the battery and if your getting low voltage from different ground points like i did some were zero some were 5v then ground is ur issue, hope this helps..
