Car: 97 SC300, lowered.
Issues: I drove the car yesterday for the first time in about 2 weeks. I noticed all the back lights on the cluster, and all the needle lights are not lighting up. The gear light indicator on cluster works, as do all the lights along the bottom of the cluster. Not sure if it's related, but all of a sudden my tach isn't working. Other needles move (except tach), they just don't light up.
Again, not sure if it's related, but recently I can't get my alarm (aftermarket) to lock my car. It will unlock and do everything else, just won't arm. The key fob has been beeping like there's an issue, but the screen is bled on the fob so I can't see what the issue is. I tried replacing the battery and it didn't help.
Diagnostics: I checked the wiring in drivers wheel well to see if I needed a harness relocation, but it looks like previous owner already took care of this. So, I know it hasn't rubbed through and damaged any wires.
I tried turning the brightness dial on gauge cluster and it didn't help. All backlights and needles worked fine prior to this.
All fuses look ok, although I did not check with a voltmeter.
Ideas?

AND I'M TOTALLY TRUSTING HIS WORK AND THAT THERE IS NO CORROSION AT ALL ON ANY OF THE CONNECTIONS THERE AT THE POINT WHERE WATER SLINGS MOST INTO ON THE ENTIRE CAR UNDERSIDE AT THE WHEEL
