I'm not an expert but I think the connections don't look very healthy, they may still be functioning fine though. If they're bad it's not too hard to get some new capacitors and solder them in. Good luck

They are definitely bad. They don't have the relief cutouts on the top so instead of bulging on the top, the fluid is leaking out the bottom through the leads.

both look like they are leaking some of their di-electric material, if that's the case they are going bad.
Once it starts loosing the liquid the capacitance changes and things will get worse the more it leaks.
You can also see the surface traces leading away from them turning darker, but it still looks repairable.
I would remove caps and wipe it clean with the electrical parts cleaner, and re install new caps.

Well I don't know how to solder so I gotta find somebody to do it. Are the capacitors available at radioshack?

For ****s and giggles here's a pic of the same caps from this past September https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...-look-bad.html

And if this guy isn't close, you could probably have a local computer place do it for pretty cheap car audio equipment repair shop, even a cell phone repair shop since they do a lotta board work replacing mic's and speakers, etc. You might be able to find the capacitors at like maybe a radio shack, frye's electronics, or possibly car audio repair shops. We have a place locally that rebuilds decks, amplifiers, etc. They usually have the caps I can't find locally between the other places I mentioned.
