What happen i cut my rear view mirror wire off with a knife, next thing you know all interior lights stop working. Also it dosent show when the door is open or the light on the two sun visor is out also...any idea what happend?...what does the rear view mirror wire control etc

 

You blew a fuse -__- check your fuse box. You never do that too begin with. Lol

 

The knife grounded out the connections and blew a fuse. Its a 10amp in the hood fusebox. Its the only 10amp small fuse in the box.

 

Why did you cut the wire anyway, just curious.

 

Ill check the fuse today and what happened the rear view mirror broke off and was dangling all over the place...i tried to use crazy glue to paste it back on but it did not work... Closing thing was a knifee

 

Oh ok, gotcha. You can probably use 3M doublesided tape industrial strength.

 

rear view mirrors are impossibly hard to get to stick. IDK what the windshield repair guys use but it is the only thing that works. My local guys put rear views on for free. Had them do it to my 4.6 GT a month ago.
