Hey guys, I have a question and hopefully its a short answer

I'm about to order a new rack & pinion, but its bringing up 2 options...with EVO Component, or without EVO Component.

Now, in the 1st thread I have listed, bryan757 (SC400) said all SC's come with evo components and that you can order a rack&pinion without this component but re-use your old one (Save $100-$200). Can anyone else chime in on this?

I would like to know 100% if this is true for all SC300/400's and if the evo component itself can and/or will go bad over time. Because if thats the case, i'll just order the rack&pinion with the new evo component
