Help have code 13 runs very rough misses and does not accelerate I ohm the cam and crank sensors and check the repair I did on the crank sensor wiring (soldered) 1330 ohms for cams and 1250 for crank all check good..I also have codes 24 it and 27 o2 sensor....just had a exhaust made up for my aftermarket headers they forgot to put o2 bungs in have to go back car drove fine wit them unplug got home that night to replace belt tensioner belt slipping and swap in map sensor and now have code 13 any ideas?

The ck engine light is gone hooked up different maf sensor and plugged in o2. Then I reset efi check engine so i asume no code 13 but the car still roughs very rough no accel and misses. I checked the timing and I'm confused cause its jumped like 4 teeth each cam that doesn't seem like it could slip that much belt seems tensioned. I rotated it tdc compression stroke on #1 wouldn't it not run and have bent valves?? It's a 95 engine I'm pretty sure please any info is good info

12,13,14,24,27 are the main ones..I mean this only happened when I moved the alt and swapped the belt tensioner for the serpentine belt. Pulled and swapped plugs out this thing is running really really rich
