Default New SC400 Owner!

Hey everyone, I recently traded my 1987 Toyota MR2 for a 1995 Lexus SC400. She runs great, the PO took great care of her mechanically, but she looks like trash right now.
Problems:
No Hood (should be picking up later this week)
Passenger mirror has no glass
No window motor for the passenger window
Passenger window won't stay up on it's own
No passenger seat
No passenger door panel
Mix-Matched wheels
Paint is disgusting (A PO decided to paint over the perfectly fine dark blue it was with single stage enamel black, didn't do any prep, not even wash just sprayed away.)

If anyone knows where I could replace some of those parts for a reasonable price I'd appreciate it. Color won't matter since I'm repainting her anyways. And wheels don't matter because I will be getting a new set.

Thanks in advance.

WOW! First off welcome to CL. Looks like you've got some work cut out for you? But don't worry there's plenty information and D.I.Y. write ups here. As far as parts, look in the SC classifieds. Or pm Aliga or RGW LLC. They're parts dealers, and can usually get you what you need? GL and keep us posted.

Thanks for the help, whoever "painted" it put atleast 6 layers on her from what I can tell. Probably gonna be a straight month of sanding to get her ready for paint. My plans in order are:
Fix Paint
Get Matching Wheels
Get new seats
Fix Window
Replace P-Door Panel.

After that she'll be basically flawless. And yes, the PO actually kept her running in perfect condition. I could care less about cosmetic issues as I've been through that road before. My old MR2 was a rust bucket when I got it.

My old MR2 when I first got her..

Not long before I traded her off..

Will SC300 seat mounting brackets work in a SC400?

I had a 1993 MR2 Turbo, white on black interior. I miss that car! It was fun, and the AC would blow so cold, you could see your breath. I am not exagerating. I am loving the 1984 Celica/Supra rear tire on the SC, LOL..

You have your hands cut out for ya. With a lot of hard work and time, it can be your dream car. GL with it bro!

The Celica/Supra wheels only came in 4 lug, I think those on his car are off the Mitsubishi Starion/Chrysler Conquest.. lol.. random nonetheless.
