Default Suspension issue

Good morning CL, So i was driving to class this morning as i usually do and as i began to enter one of my favorite turns of the drive i had a very strange happening. First of all the turn isnt too deep but it is long right hand turn. I take the turn all the time at about 45 - 60 mph. Now this time i had an immense amount of what felt like understeer and i could feel my tire wobble hard like it was being pulled and pushed back in repeatedly. Im suspecting this could be a tie rod or ball joint issue but i could be wrong. Both outer tie rods were replaced in september. Anyone else have this problem or similar? Also ive searched phrases like tire wobbling and suspension feeling loose but i didnt get any derfinitve answers.

I don't know much so wait for the word on the mechanics among us but I did have strange understeer and steering looseness when I first got my car. I thought it was going to be really involved but it was the main bolt on my steering rack. It was loose (I cant say I felt an actual wobble though, perhaps yours is looser).
Fixed in 2 minutes. Check it out.
I hope you get off easily too.
BE CAREFUL!

Check that thread to see if it sounds familiar HERE

how many miles on the car? do you have any play in your steering wheel when its centered, or sometimes after a turn and you return your car to go straight but the wheel is a little to the left or right? that would be rack bushings.
Every SC I have ever had I have had to do the power steering rack bushings on.
get the poly or metal ones and you won't have to worry about doing it again.

As studiogeek said, sometimes it can also just be a loose bolt on the rack, but if you have high miles the bushings are one of the best upgrade you can do for steering feel.

Not trying to thread jack but I am having a similar issue, when I take a turn or hit a bump while the steering wheel isn't centered I get a wobble or vibration through the steering wheel. Just curious if anybody has had a similar issue.

check you tie rods again. Steering rack bushings could be a solution too

could very well be lower control arms but it could also be other important components.
these are really the 2 most common things everyone should replace. rack bushings and lca bushings.
for the lca's if you can afford it get the supra ones with the new balljoint, or if you are more DIY get the poly bushings and install into your old arms if your ball joint ends are still good. unfortunately you cannot replace that separately which is why alot of people buy the new supra ones. I replaced mine with bushings results are night and day.

I get a horrible wobble/vibration over 60mph in the steering wheel, but i am sure its a combination of bad steering rack bushings and my shot lca bushings, i can move my control arm in and out by hand.

Ok so to provide some more info .
The car is an na 5 SPF with 170k mi.
I have replaced the steering rack bushings with driftmotion aluminum bushings last January. When I replaced the tie rods I bought them from bennet auto supplies. I noticed I was givin two of the same side tie rods( driver side). I asked and I was told that they were both the same. This could very well be the problem. I'm going to jack up my car today and take a look. Any advice on what I should be looking for? I'm going to examine the lca and ball joints , tie rods, and the uca. Does the uca ever give problems like this ?
