Default Does this sound about right?

Hey Guys,

I picked up my 97 SC3 w/ 140k miles on her and was told that some of the routine maintenance had been done, but I want to be sure, so, I ordered a bunch of items from Jose at Carson Toyota. (Btw, Awesome guy to deal with) So far, this is what I've oredered and was wondering if I should be ordering anything else. That's where your help plays a big role Thanks in advance Guys!! Much appreciated
Thermostat
Valve cover gaskets
Head gasket
Head studs
Water pump
Oil pump
Tensioner
Timing belt
Accessory belt
Fuel filter
Cam seals
Crankshaft seal
Dist. cap and O-ring
Rotor
Wires
NGK iridiums
Trans mount
Motor mounts
O2 sensor front and rear
PCV valve
Toyota type IV ATF
Mobil One gear oil for differential
Mobil One 5w30

I believe that's all I've ordered for now. I was also wondering what the difference is between the water pump tensioner and an idler bearing.
Anyhow, Thanks again Guys!!

There is a lot of rubber mounts in the back of the car where the diff connects. That area has several round rubber mounts connecting the rear end.

How about the entire engine while you're at it. That should be above and beyond, that car will go a while without needing something...

These mounts are never talked about, but even more important than most. I've outlined them in yellow.

Lol!! You Guys CRACK me up I ordered all of these parts because I want to be on the safe side. I wasn't sure if I needed more, but from the responses I've been reading, it appears as though I've ordered the majority of what I need. Thanks so much Guys, I knew I could count on the CL community

O.L.T.,
Can these mounts be replaced with the rear end still on the vehicle or does it have to be removed from the vehicle?

might as well mic the cylinder bores and pistons, as well as the crank and check out the block deck for flatness

Do any of you know what the difference is between the water pump tensioner and an idler bearing? I ordered the tensioner, but not the idler bearing. Should I also order this?

I've not needed to look these part numbers up before, but I'm sure someone can help you.

Are you planning on keeping it stock or possibly NA-T. If you go Na-T then i would say a TT hg and ARP headstuds. Then you won't have to go back into the engine if you ever plan on putting a turbo on the car.
