Quick help needed with front caliper fitment!!
I know this is probably somewhere in the forums but i dont have the time to comb through all the old posts and threads.
So heres the quick question will pretty much any year sc400 front caliper fit any other year? Even if it looks a little different it will work correct?
heres the context my buddy is replacing my brakes and the front passenger side caliper because it was starting to lock up so i bought a used one off of a low mile sc400. Thing is he called me today and said it looks different then the one he took off.
i know the caliper was from a different year but will it still work? Should all other sc400 years work with my 97sc400?

This doesn't answer your question but if you gotta replace your caliper you might as well upgrade to the ls400 caliper. Better stopping power. Good luck on your search. Someone here should know.
