Default Popping noise when turning

Every time that I turn the wheel, especially on a cold start, I can hear the steering wheel make a popping noise it is a little hard to hear and it happens when it is turned about 15-20 degrees and I can feel it in the steering wheel. Does anyone else have this problem? What can I do to fix this? Could it possibly be the steering column or a bearing?

P.S. It is a 1992 Lexus Sc400 4.0L/Stock suspension/Stock steering wheel.

Probably steering rack bushings or a bad wheel bearing or ball joint.

Thats my guess, the rack bushings or ball joints.

Thank you so much guys. This has been very helpful. I will purchase the new steering rack bushing next week. Thanks again!

Than after that, if the bushings don't work, try the ball joints.

I recommend getting underneath the car and take a look at the bushings, ball joints, tie rods and so on. There's no reason to spend money where it isn't needed. Good luck
