I had this weird problem since I bought the car last summer. It didn't get worse nor improved. The steering rack does not leak or anything. So, when I turn my steering wheel left or right, at first couple of degrees of steering wheel motion there is like creaking/cracking noise from the front end, and then it stops. Did you guys have any idea what might that be?

Where are they located?

 

Ball joints or outer tie-rod ends...

 

Checked ball joints and they are in good condition. What are tie rods?
