Hey so I've noticed that when I shift it feels like there's a kink somewhere. It used to be smooth transitions, but now I feel like I'm hitting something when I shift. I have no idea what the problem is and I tried looking it up but hard when I'm not sure what I'm really supposed to be looking up. A friend told me that there's a nut or something that I can replace to fix the problem and that it was relatively cheap, but I have no idea what he's talking about nor can I find the piece online...anybody know how to solve this one???

Also check out the tranny mounts. They are cheap as well as easy to replace.

 

Yeah I was told it was a cheap and rather easy thing to replace since my car is a '92, but I couldn't figure out exactly what it might be. I'll see what I can do with my limited/lack of knowledge! Might have someone check it out when I fix some other things at the shop.
