Default P0763 Shift Solenoid C?

Been getting an intermittent ECT flashing dash like and the car shifts like garbage, then it goes away then comes back. Snap-on scanner says P0763 Shift Solenoid C? Lexus scanner confirmed this, anyone know which solenoid is the faulty one. I have the tranny diagram but it doesn't specify which one is "C" or otherwise. Part number would be awesome, any chance of removal and repair? Or replace only?

Luckily they aren't hard to access. Full DIY with pics will be posted when I get the pan off, would like to have a clue what i'm replacing first. Otherwise I'll have to test resistance on all of them..

Thanks a Million!

It's not that I don't remember, it's that the scan doesn't tell me specifically which one is the bad one. I know my car pretty much shifts from 3rd to 5th though when that damn little green light is flashing..
