update on weird problem
so, I got it fixed. did 12v mod, replaced wires plugs and coil. took care of it. however.... I just realised how badly my new love was taken care of.
the motor, seized.
will be doing a 1j soarer auto to manual swap thread highly detailed with loads of pictures in the near future.

You mean to tell me that you did all this and the motor seized shortly after? Did it idle better?
