ok so i always like to think out side of the box and be different with mod's or atleast like to dream.. but i watch alot of f1 racing and i thought to myself is it possible to a sc a mono lug. has anyone thought of this or has it been done..

Curious as to what the benefits would be...

 

You can roll down pit late at 61mph, stop at your mechanics, have them change all four wheels and tires in 2.3 seconds (fastest pit time set by McLaren) and roll out.

Seriously, there is no benefit other than a slight cool factor. Might be a PIA to change a spare on the side of the road though. I'm assuming this requires some special hub attachment and unique torque.

 

This still would not be feasible, (2.3 seconds) since F1 racing vehicles have electronically placed/positioned jacks lifting it in less then a second.
