High beams dont work!! Help

I have no high beams and my cars fuses are all fine! Ideas suggestions?

Bulbs? Or if HID's maybe Ballast's. Meter the factory wiring then you'll know if it's outputting 12 volts.

Check your wiring make sure everything plugged in properly, and also how low is your ride check the wiring in the fenders for cuts and tire shread
