VC455

I have searched the threads and found nothing that seems to fit my problem. I have a 1995 SC400 that the AC/Heater fan works on high and on all other speeds it only blows low. Has anyone else had this problem? My other question is about the vent controls. Air blows out of the dash vents on all mode settings. Is this normal? Thanks for reading.

might have the wrong climate control installed. Is the unit black or white? (the back part of it). 92-94 have the black back and 95-96 maybe though 2000 have the white unit. Either way check and if you need one i have an extra i could sell!
