Hello all, I have a '92 SC400 with 146K on it. It has a few issues, but one that I am stumped on is my a/c. Climate Control is almost completely functional except the fan. I can change temperature, change the vents from which the air blows and choose to recirculate or bring in new air. The problem is the fan speed control. No matter which setting it is on, the speed never changes. It always seems to be on a low setting. I ran the diagnostic test on the a/c unit and I got the 00 error code so it believes nothing is wrong. Obviously something is not working right. Do you guys have any ideas?
