Hey J

This is somewhat true....however he may have 2 SC300 beasts soon!!
We roadraced the SC's this saturday at the blimp base, it was a blast!
The sc handle better than I thought, brakes withstood a good amount of torture too!!!
Ofcorse I had 18's and on it...Clint was racing with 3 stock tires and a bald spare!!!

Scot, was Clint driving his new SC? No turbo yet? What I saw of the meet (very little) sure looked great. Who dyno'd the highest? When/are you turbo'ing?

Default hey JB

yeah he was driving his new SC300, it is 5-speed and blk on blk, beautiful car. It was all stock. He's still deciding how he wants to build the new SC, i guess it's a secret. The highest dyno number I think was Byrce Danna, he dynoed @720rwhp, supposedly down a full 100 rwhp! He had dynoed a week before and pulled of low 800's at the wheels, the next was phil Pannis dynoed at 683 rwhp, PHR car dynoed 610 rwhp(supposedly down 100 rwhp) and my friend Peter Blach dynoed at 545 rwhp(he was down atleast 50-60 rwhp as well, he dynoed at 630rwhp at Carboy.

As for me I am keeping the SC and going turbo, it will be a while before it's done but I know what I am going with, hehehe

Question

Seems like ALL the cars were down significantly from their best numbers. I wonder how much was weather (although it wasn't hot on Sunday in fact kinda cool) different dynos or operators or something else. Anybody offer their theory?

Well from what i saw, it seemed like all the BPU cars were dynoing really high numbers...and the high power single cars were dynoing low numbers.

Only thing is that one guy phil pannis dynoed really good
(683 rwhp), I guess which was kinda of unexpected.

i know for a fact that Peter B's car is a consistant 600+ rwhp car with race gas(116-118), I have seen it dyno many times at these numbers, so this is strange and also Bryces car is really strong (800+rwhp), he dynoed just a week earlier at those numbers!

i have a possible theory, but if you want to know email me privately j and i will let you know the details.

Default Me thinks me has too many SC's

Yes guys, I picked up a 97 5spd SC300, black on black with 23k miles. This car is going to be my street car, but I'm not sure yet which direction I will be going with it.

Lookout for the 92 this year, no more 12 second time slips. But don't worry, this will not be a stripped car, although a cage will be added. I have the feeling a lot of fast cars are going to be popping up.
