Talking Cluster help!

Hey CL i know there a thread on what bulbs the backlights takes too the cluster but unfortunantly i cant find it sorry....... i havent been on the forms in a while cause i havent had my car itwas in the shop cause someone tried breaking into it and ended up breaking my window.
can someone please help me out what type of bulb and how many ? i want like bright white and looking too do it myself thanks for looking its a 1995 sc300

i believe the cheapest and easiest way is to replace the t5 bulbs with white t5 LEDs you can probably get them super cheap on ebay. Also i think there are a few t10's too.

For legit t5's
360 degree might make a bright spot = 74-xHP3

it should be super easy i've messed with the bulbs before, my sc is at my work and i won't be able to rip the cluster apart, do you daily your sc?

nice! i am asking to see if you would want to take cluster out it's super easy. put steering the steering wheel down all the way and out, pull out the bottom piece of trim, take out the 2 screws on the top of cluster, pull cluster unplug, then take out the 6 screws maybe less on the back of the cluster and you'll be able to see all the bulbs, they just twist and pull out.

doesn't sound that hard i will try on my own and replace the bulbs thanks for the help if i have a problem i will pm you. any important tips ?

another question can i replace all the bulbs with the t5's or there's a mix t5's and t10's ? cause i want too order them already and i dont want too order the wrong thing

there is a mix, i am trying to remember if the t5's even light up the back lighting... They might only be for the check lights.

Unhappy Hello im a try this again cluster bulbs

im asking you cl guys if you can tell me the right bulb sizes that light the back of my cluster up, most of the lights are dead and 2 are lit up but are ugly yellow i know people have done this but i cant seem to find anything do it for lexiii!!!

this is what i used when i did mine a couple of months ago. if after you do it and some light up then just take those ones and turn it, what happens to me on 2 of them. just got the polarity backwards

Save yourself the trouble and simply smack the top of the dash with an open hand once or twice. This is a tried and true way of getting all the dash lights back on. Trust me; it works like a charm. :-)

Standard is #37, but #24 sylvanias are brighter and fit just the same.
