Ok my cluster don't turn off when I switch off the key. And sometimes the light stays on (hid). But if I drive and go over a bump it shuts off. So I got a shortage?? My car is lowered really low it would graze on top of the wheel fender thing. I also got a matrix Clifford alarm if that cuases it?

Check if you have worn into the wire harness.
It is above the driver side front tire.
People get crazy things happening when you wear through these wire.
Also if your alarm was installed from a shop, take it back there and ask them what they did.

 

If the alarm is tied into the lights so they flash when the alarm goes off, it can be a failure in the alarm module.

 

It could be both those things. I forgot the harness was under there
