You need to take your front drivers side wheel and fender liner off to get to it.

So, is it under the headlight? Do I have to remove bumper or in the fender well?

Taking down the splash guard under engine bay (pain in butt) might reveal the plastic fluid tank, but it may not be the tank leaking, it could be the pump or clogged tube.

How would I know it's clog? Like a rock or something?

How would I blow it out with air?

Well if the fluid washer tank is filled and nothing is spraying out onto the windshield, it's most likely clogged with film/dirt particles. You can use compressed air that stores sell for cleaning computers, Find a connectin point to the fluid tube and separate. I think ? there maybe a visible connection on the driver side coming up at the end of the right fender and up onto the hood.

These might help the next person wondering about this. I don't know if you could really get in there without taking the wheel off like I did. I took the fender liner and lower splash guard partially loose to get to it (the hose was disconnected, not visible in this frame. That hose barb connection is higher up inside the fender.)
