im in the middle of my 2jzgte swap going into sc300 5spd and i heard something about having to change up the fuel pump or run a 12 volt constant line to the fuel pump any advice is accepted thank you
take off rear pannel driver side there is a black box, disconnect the plug, and two of the wires are thicker than the rest cut those off the plug and connect them together.. thats the 12v mod. and as far as fuel pumps go DO NOT bother with a walbro 255, or supra tt. get aeromotive! i love my aeromotive pump its insanely good!

All is correct^^^^^ but There is a reason why the TT uses a OEM DENSO pump reliability, quiet and a proven performer!!!

for a 2jz swap I would just get the pump, I actually undid my 12v mod on my na-t after 2 years of having it and noticed no difference, except for that now my fuel pump turns on/off when its supposed to instead of being on all the time. I do have a walboro in the tank and it works but If I had to do it again I would go with the TT denso pump. If you are having lean issue or pushing lots and lots of power out of the stock fuel setup then yes go ahead and do the 12v mod.
