Default ABS lite stays on

I was hoping if anyone can help me. I have a 1993 SC400 that came with a pre wired cell phone system that's in the console of the car. I nipped the wires to take the base out being that it wasn't in use. After doing so, the ABS lite on the dashboard stays on and i can't get the shift into drive. I think i might of shorted something out or blown a fuse controlling the shift lock . Hope someone can steer me in the right direction.

I would like to add that before i replaced the fuse these were other problems that had happened after i cut the phone line. my power windows were not functioning nor my automatic for headlights, but would turn on manually. also the steering was hard to steer. hope this find could aid others with the same problems.

Thanks for the follow-up of what the problem was. Same thing happened to me and your post helped me figure it out. That particular fuse looked good shining a light on the fusebox, but proved not to be!
