I just traded into my first Lexus. Its a 93 SC400. Under perfect conditions, it can managed 24.5 MPG HWY lol. The drive home was nice. Its not perfect, but I'm pleased.

Dark green, tan leather, 194K miles, ALL maintenance records since new. Only issues are a finicky driver door, a small exhaust leak, and the speedo needle doesn't light up. Other than that, it seems solid. Not bad for 200 years and 200K miles lol

There the only cars I know that can have 200k and drive nicer then a brand new chrysler.

I bought my fist Lexus last year at this time. a '93 SC400 170k on it. Similar issues to the one you have. I love working on it and fixing those quirky little things. Every time I do something do it to improve the look or performance, I fall in love all over again. I drive 1 hour to work each way. Very comfortable and enjoyable ride.
