Hi guys, I'm new to CL and I just bought a 95 sc300 2jz (it's my first lexus car), and it's an original stick shift =). it's green and has tan interior, 130k miles, stock wheels. The car is amazingly fast on freeways and i'm loving it.

Cons:
-Valve cover leak ( I'll try to fix this leak when I do my maintenance by next week)
-rips on the driver seat
-missing cd changer cartridge

thanks. My first step is to take care of the leaks and do some tune up. then later on, i'll lower the car and put wheels on it.

as for now, i will just run stock, and fix all the bads with it. but looking forward to swap it with 2jzgte in the future. anyway my first step is to replace the valve cover gasket and do tune up maintenance. then clean the engine and see if there are any more leaks besides the valve cover.

do you know if there are things I need to watch out for or other things that need to be change when I start doing the gasket?
