Default Murderesque SC Interior Build

Well I am finally bored of the two-tone look of my SC. Don't get me wrong it looked nice, but black on black is so sexy on an SC. So my quest to find black interior parts begun a few months ago. I stumbled on a whole black interior swap including seats from a 99 SC that was on Craigslist..YATZEE Then I found out he was on CL(96sc). Small world! Wow what a difference! It definately feels more luxurious than tan/or two-tone! Here is the pic before the transformation.

Here is one after without seats installed yet

Now with seats installed

The wood trim on the dash, doors, and center consol bezel with the volume control deleted are next. Since i'm in the car business I sent them to my body shop and had them painted Mercedes black.

Now taking it a step further! I wanted something different and wanted to match the painted trims some how. So I sent my pieces to get all fiberglassed up! They will be painted the same Mercedes black as well!
Here are some pics in its raw state.

The steering wheel USED to look good, but now it wil be out of place. Probly the best wood wheel to go with our wood interiors. Also feels great! I have an eye on a particular wheel so i'm probly gonna sell this one.

I want to swap to black so badly. Black > tan any day. The swap looks great! I saw a local car that did a black wood grain (probably a vinyl wrap) on the OEM wood pieces and that looked killer in a black interior, very subtle.

Thanks man! Some people actually sand them down and revarnish them black.

So you glassed parts that were wrapped in leather? I'm confused.
