headlight pattern differences in the years?

headlight pattern differences in the years?
hey guys im just curoius if the headlight pattern from the lowbeams was different from the years. i have a 92 sc and i had to replace my passenger side headlight because it was foggy.
after the replacement i noticed that the beam pattern was different from the 92 headlight, and the new one i got. im not sure what year the passenger side came from, but all i know is that the pattern is wider. the driver side seems to be more concentrated than the passenger.
i tried fiddling with the bulb to make it as good of a fit as it can go, but it still is the same. it is a wide pattern. ill take pics later on to show you what i mean.
im just curious if the patterns changed throughout the years of production? any help would be great.
