Unhappy Passenger Headlight Out!!!

Hello Lexus family, about a month ago i purchased my first Lexus. Black 08 LS460. AMAZING car! so much fun, so comfortable, love it. But in the past 2 week i noticed the passenger headlight wasnt working anymore. I played with the headlight **** for a minute or so till i noticed the headlight was back on. this repeated for a few days. Since then i have noticed the headlight to not be working at all. I tried to swap the driver side bulb to the passenger side, nothing happened. Bought two brand new OSRAM headlights off ebay. Installed both bulbs, passenger side still doesnt work. driver side work does with the new bulb. So does this mean the ballast has gone bad? i know i have to remove the front cover and headlight to get to the ballast. Does anyone have any tips or tricks or things to try? I miss my headlights, the new bulb looks so good on the driver side. help me please and thanks!

If you have switched out a known good bulb to the unit then yes the ballast is most likely bad. This would take some work but won't cost you anything.....you can remove the parts for access and switch the known working ballast over to that side to see if the problem cures. I understand this is a lot of additional work but don't know everyone's financial situation. This would ensure you don't buy a part not needed.

Did you find a solution to the issue yet? Im having the same issue but its not my ballast so if you havent already done so, hear me out before changing it.
I did everything you did but I dig deep before changing anything on this particular car. I found that there are 2 15amp fuses under the hood. One for left light and one for right. Both fuses are good but the one for my right light isnt getting any power. When I send power to the fuse, the light comes on. So I know my ballast and light are good. I only tinkered with it a couple of hours yesterday and was going to get at it again today but was hoping to find a solution online first.
If anyone has this fix, please chime in.
