If it helps your decision at all, When I hit the wall my lower control arm buckled and cracked while my knuckles that Alex did for me are PERFECT still. if that doesn't break them nothing will.
If you weld cast which is kind of a no no it is a ticking time bomb so to speak as casting is a dirty proscess so a weld can not properly stick but it may be ok for a while or forever even as long as there is not a whole lot of strain on it however I my self would never trust my life to that at high speeds,
you can bet your life on the fact that SC knuckles are forged not cast

The company name is Parts Shop MAX, there is one in Japan, USA and New Zealand.
some people may shorten that to PSM
The website is www.poweredbymax.net and some shorten that to PBM
We just call it MAX for short.
The knuckle service is called ka-ko (Kako is Japanese for modified)
there is a thread on that here

I wish I could find the knuckles that Fredric Aasbo used on his Supra. At one time I think I found them on Japan Auto's site but i didnt understand the site very well so I wasnt sure. Now I dont see them on there, http://japanauto.no/
Im sure if we could get them they would cost an arm and a leg, but that car was just crazy.
Did my first event in the car yesterday.... knuckles are a must for how aggresively I like to throw the car in/transition. I had to baby it in comparison to my Z33 and I hate that.
This just posted on the PBM forums. I'm pretty excited to get knuckles. Just curious how low of an offset wheel I'll need to use in order to utilize the max amount of angle or at least close to it.
