the rpm gauge fix is super easy. just jumper a wire, and tahts it, no msd tac convter required.

My problem was actually the needle itself being 100% burnt out. Not just fickering or half dead like the others, this one was as black as the background
Lextech currently has my cluster (I think he shipped it back already?)
I also bought that same book on ebay to help with taping wires on the SC end of the car but the 1JZ harness itself is a different story. The Soarer Bible is really the only option for 1JZ specific diagrams not found elsewhere online.
