Default IS300 steering wheel question?

Ok so all of my reasearch says that the wheel is a direct bolt on and that all I need is a dual stage to single stage wiring adapter?
Where would I obtain this piece?

I already know I am going to have to swap out my cruise control stalk as well.

You can get them through Carson Toyota. That's where I got mine.

You're welcome. I ordered one of these over the summer from Carson Toyota and got it two days later. I didn't try my local Toyota dealership though.
