TOYOTA: World Breathes Reliability (SLOGAN)

So I am watching Clint Eastwood's new movie "Invictus" and during the rugby mathes I noticed a the Toyota logo a couple times. Under the logo was the slogan "World Breathes Reliabilty" was shown a number of times.

I was wondering if anyone has ever heard this slogan?

Was the slogan from the 1990's and Clint Eastwood made the advertisments authentic?

Was the slogan subliminal?

Can anyone help?

I saw it too, and thought it was a great movie. Not sure about your question but here is the youtube clip, and noticed a lot of Toyota banners around.
