So Hancock Fabrics should have alcantra or ultrasuede? is ultrasuede the same as microfiber suede

Found a site that sells Street Suede (lower quality of Alcantara) for about $40 a yard. Jacobsupholstery.com has it. Comes in 16 colors and wont totally break the bank like ultrasuede and alcantara will.
