Has this happened to anyone?

The driver side heat button is stuck in the on position. Apparently, the plastic film that lights up orange when the heat is on fell and I can see it at the bottom of the button. I took out the shifter console and looked under the buttons, but it seems like it's blocked off.

I know there's a fuse for the seats, but I'd rather not pull that out.
