Seat Memory not working
The memory for my seat has stopped working. The buttons do not beep at all when I try to set a position. I have seen this problem in other model threads. But none of those fixes helped. I have a 2014 RX450h. I have tried resetting the memory by moving the seat to all of its extreme positions with the car on. I have looked for the proper fuse but "driving position memory" is not listed under the Driver's Side Instrument Panel fuse layout in the manual. The power seats work normally. I am at a loss now....what am I missing? Thank you.

Try this:
Make sure the instrument cluster shows Ready [equivalent to engine running].
Set the shifter in "P" and confirm that you see a the P light in the cluster .... light being on is important.
Hold the set button and then push in the desired button. Listen for the beep.
Proceed with the following even if you do not hear the beep.
Do not shut off the engine and stay in Park
Now move the seat to another position and hit the recall button.
If the seat does not move back .. then you may try going through 12v battery disconnect for about 20 mins. [You will loose other settings]
Try again and if things fail, you may have to take it in.

Well, I got it fixed at the dealer. The dealer had fixed my mirror a few weeks back. When they took off the door panel, they disconnected the seat memory and never reconnected it.

Memory seat function not working
Im trying to set up the memory seat function on the door panel, every time i hold set + 1, 2, or 3 I don't hear the beep indicating the setting has been saved. Also when i Press set + 1, the mirrors will start moving into what seems to be a preset position.

Please confirm that the shifter is in "P" when you try to set the memory.

Sounds like an issue with the Set button. If you hit Set and then hit 1 it should store settings. It sounds like it is not recognizing when you hit Set and is instead only recognizing the 1 so it recalls preset 1.
Is your ignition also on?

Seat Memory on 2000 GS300
Salim, Thank you, thank you!
This sequence "Make sure the instrument cluster shows Ready [equivalent to engine running].
Set the shifter in "P" and confirm that you see a the P light in the cluster .... light being on is important.
Hold the set button and then push in the desired button. Listen for the beep" worked perfectly.
The other step mentioned, "putting the seat all the way back, then forward, then recline all the way back and incline forward" did not work to get the beep.
Thanks so much! as it avoided me bringing my car to the dealer @ $175 USD per hour.
Regards, Raul

2012 Rx 350 memory seat buttons not working
Hello everyone, I wanted to know if anyone has ever experienced the memory seat buttons not working on their rx. I only have one fob in the car. I press the on/off button twice and try moving the seat to my desired position but never hear any beeps. I tried this with the car running as well buttons don’t seem to be working. Both times trying this the car was in park. Is there a memory seat relearn procedure? can I try to unhook the battery for 20mins? Car is a 2012 Lexus Rx350 81k miles.

Never figured out the problem after trying all your guys steps and different videos on YouTube. Makes no beeping noise at all its strange. Rather than taking it to the dealer I will leave it as is personally don’t think it’s worth the hassle of the stealership.
