code 14 air bag light HELP !!!!!

well when i turn on my car my air bag light stays on everything runs GREAT its just that my air bag light is on and now i have realized that my horn does not work as well i dont know if that has anything to do with the airbag light all i know is that i connected it to a computer and it just told me code 14 squib circuit dont know what that means anything will help

you lowered? check your wires under the driver side fender? Usually the airbag wires are the first to rip.

ya i am lower and i did not know the airbag wire was right under the fender thanks a lot !
